Shipping policy

Local Pick-Up:

Bossier City/Shreveport, LA customers can arrange pick up following confirmation of receipt of the order. There is a 24-48 hour turn around time for all pick-up orders. Please be courteous and provide at least 24 hours notice before you wish to retrieve your item. A pick up time, date, and location will be communicated following your purchase.  

Shipping:

Please allow 7-14 business days for your item to be prepared and placed in the mail. If you have not received tracking information or communication from the seller regarding a delay, on day 15, you may request a refund. Our items are shipped via USPS.
